List of documents to obtain the certificate and registration - CRC |
The companies shall comply with the registration requirements, presenting documents(certified copies) as follows: |

| 01. | Balance Sheet and Account statements (Replacement for trial balances/provisory balances not allowed). |
| 02. | Power of attorney granted to company/established-person/resident in Brazil with powers to receive citation and to reply administratively and/or judicially. |
| 03. | Negative certificate of bankruptcy or receivership application issued by he distributorof the legal entity's headquarters, or of equity's execution issued at the natural person'sdwelling. |
| 04. | Constitutional ACT bylaws or social contract in force, duly registered, being a commercial society, and in case of corporations, followed by documents of election of their adminstrators. |
| 05. | Technical capability certificate. |
